Data Controller

For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, the data controller for personal data processed through ClubRight is the club or organisation you are a member of. ClubRight Ltd acts as a data processor on behalf of these organisations.

Sub-Processors

In order to provide our services, we engage certain third-party service providers who may process personal data on our behalf. These include cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics providers. All sub-processors are contractually bound to process data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws.

International Data Transfers

Some of our sub-processors are located outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant supervisory authorities, or transfers to countries with adequacy decisions.

Payment Services

Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment service providers including Stripe and GoCardless. These providers are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
