Gym Etiquette

Please wear clean and appropriate training clothing whilst at the gym. Denim, work-wear,  heels, open-ended footwear, and flip-flops are strictly prohibited.

Please treat the equipment/facilities with respect and refrain from dropping weights.

All used pieces should be wiped down, dried, and returned to their original location after use.

Please do not monopolise the equipment and allow others to use pieces when you are not.

Please ask a member of staff if you are unsure how a piece of equipment works.

Please be polite. Any violent, threatening, or rude behaviour towards either users or staff will not be tolerated.

Please be discrete and respectful of other users when using mobile phones. Never take photos of other users or staff unless you have their explicit permission.

No smoking (including e-cigarettes) or chewing gum is permitted in the facility.

Strictly no personal training is allowed at the facility, except with the explicit permission of a member of staff.

Please use the lockers in the changing rooms to store bags, outdoor wear, and personal belongings.

The use of lockers is for a maximum of one day. Any items left in the lockers overnight will be removed.

Any property stored in lockers is stored at your own risk. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur to items stored in lockers.
